As 2020 comes to an end, I think we can all agree that amidst the uncertainty and pure craziness of the year, we need a ray of sunshine or a little Christmas magic to make spirits bright.
When I made the phone call to Santa Claus earlier in the year and asked him what he thought about doing these sessions during a pandemic, he said “I believe the children need this. They need some normalcy”. But as I opened booking in August, I would have been surprised if the event had even filled to 50%. I really didn’t think you all would turn out! Boy, was I wrong…I planned, prepared, took as many precautions as possible and made it through three days (originally only had two scheduled and had to add another day!) and over one hundred petite sessions with Santa!
You all were amazing, understanding, patient, and so supportive this year. I am so blessed to have such wonderful clients and friends who trust me to capture these magical memories even in the midst of a very unstable year.
Here are some of my favorites from my Fourth Annual Santa Session Event…this is always a highlight of the year and this year was no exception. It was indeed a little bit of normalcy for us all.
